All college & graduate students, working professionals (age 35 & under)

 *Registration fee and application must be postmarked by one of the designated deadlines.

Registration fee

Your registration fee includes all camp materials, meals, and hotel accommodations. 

Financial assistance program

Anyone who is interested is eligible to apply. The registration fee for this program is $75 which include all camp materials, meals, and hotel accommodations. Those who apply to our financial assistance program will be required to share a hotel room with  3 other roommates. Sleeping bags are recommended. Crowne Plaza only has 2 standardsize beds per room.

Confirmation of registration

The college camp registration office will confirm your registration within 2 weeks after receiving our registration form and payment. Confirmation will be sent to you via email.

Registration Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made prior to August 21, 2010 in writing. Otherwise no refund will begiven unless due to a medical emergency. Cancellationsare made through the College Camp RegistrationOffice. Contact the registration office to cancel.  All refund checks will be processed 30 days after the College Camp. 

Registration fee is transferrable to another camper. Transfer must be requested prior to the camp's registration deadline.
