1. Complete Registration Form

2. Make a check/ money order payable to “GELS” for the following:
Postmarked by 8/20/10 $150.00
Postmarked by 7/15/10 $130.00
Postmarked by 6/15/10 $110.00
Financial Assistance $75.00 (bring sleeping bag)
3. Photocopy your current student ID or driver’s license (if graduated)
4. Mail all 3 items (registration form, check, copy of ID) to the following address:

After your application has been processed, an email will be sent to you. Upon receipt of your completed registration, a counselor will contact you with further details.
